Re: Dog Trailer
Looks like your not getting much help...lol. Try going to the Equipment classifieds and do a search for trailers, it should pull up old ads that have some pics that might help.

Re: Dog Trailer

If I could do it over, I wouldnt spend the extra for the sheet of Diamond on the top, because I have a Luggage thing on top of it now. I also would have went with the 10 gauge coated wire for the floor instead of the Expanded metal. Sometimes they get a pad caught in the floor.
My opinion the extended tongue with the toolbox and enuff tongue left to pull with the tailgate down is a must. Also the galvanized 2x4 Stock panel is better than anything I could find for the sides and divider.
I know mine is a little tall, but I have seen so many that people skimped on and the dogs look uncomfortable and cramped down.

Good luck Mine probably has 50 or 60 hours of work or more on it.

Re: Dog Trailer
Here are a couple I have made in the past few years, first one is a three hole and the second one was a purchased box.
Gonna be making another two hole to sell as soon as it warms up a little.
