Any TX area beagle breeders?

I am in the market for 2 female pups, preferably out of field trial/agility stock.

I am new to beagles and don't know much about the "coveted" bloodlines, so would appreciate an education.

Beagles seem to be rare here in TX, but when I get my dogs, I do plan to breed (have bred and shown Goldens and Shelties) and bring some good quality Beagles here to TX.

welcome melanie,,,,,,im sure everyone here can give you some good ideas as such on breeding and if there are any texas breeders,,,,but there are quit a few good fellows in here with some outstanding hounds,,,,
you can take a kid out of the country, but you cant take the country out of a kid
