I'm in big trouble!!!!

Lat night Jimmy Abshire called me and wanted to bring one of his pups down and run him here at my place because he knew we wouldn't have any problems with deer hunters. I said sure enough and I got a sister to his pup out to run with him. We ran several races this morning but nothing you would really want to brag about but it's still a lot better than having them sitting in a pen. We got to teach them a valuable lesson about deer so it was a good day. We had walked quite a while this morning and were loading the pups up and I was tired and hungry. I happened to remember that Patty had a pie but I wasn't sure what kind it was. I invited Jimmy in for pie but he said he needed to get on the road. I walked in the kitchen and was putting all my gear up and I kept noticing this pie sitting over there. I was determined not to eat any of it because I was sure it was for the holiday dinner. I thought it was a regular pecan pie but when I got close I saw it was a Caramel Apple Pecan Crunch pie. Well I was OK for a minute but I just kept passing by that daggone pie and finally I couldn't stand it any more. Well before I knew it I was into it knee deep. I warmed it up and socked a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on it and put just a little chocolate syrup on it. Man I'm telling you it was like heaven and I just couldn't stop. The phone rang and it was Patty and she wanted to make sure I wasn't eating her pie. I told her on the phone that I only ate one piece but what I didn't tell her was it was as big as Abshire's head. I can't understand ever since I have known him ever time I mess around him I always get in trouble. The only thing I know to do is tell her Jimmy was starving and he ate it. Well either way just maybe she won't kill me bit I sure am in trouble.

I get the present hid in the oven thing. My problem is that mine thinks the smoke alarm is the timer. I eat a lot of over done food.
