About three years ago I purchased a 3 dog Beagler-2(Tri-tronics) I love it. It broke once had a new set in about 7 days. I was looking for a second set and found what I thought was a real good deal on a 3 dog CS-300 from Innotek, nothing but problems and junk. Still doesn't work, and NO ONE will even work on them. The collar clinic even laughed when I called, Said they get 20 calls a week asking the same question.(he actually told me the problems my collars were having before I told him) In the meantime I went back to Tr-Tronics with a 3 dog classic 70. Best collar on the market for the money. Very nice and relaible...

The Tritronics 70 now comes in 4, 5, or 6 dog versions for folks who can spend an extra $130 for each additional collar. I had a Radartron in the old days (circa 1985) - piece of junk. In fall of 1998, I got a two-dog beagler (I wanted a 3-dog but the supplier was out of them) that came with bad batteries when it was new. I started giving my trouble within a few months. Tritronics replaced the batteries, sent me an extra antenna and a complete set of chargers, and extended my warranty for 3 full years. That was over 5 years ago and that set is still going strong with NO problems - I mean 100% trouble-free! How many electronic devices are that dependable? I am sticking with Tritronics! If I bought a new set tomorrow it would be a Classic 70 with as many collars as I could afford (three? LOL!) Good luck!
I have a 2 dog classic 70 3 yrs old and a 3 dog classic 70 2 yrs old only one collar on each unit is working they refused to send me a replacement unit so I could still run my dogs while they fixed my units not happy at all with tritronics will more than likely buy a dogtra unit when I get the money
not happy at all with the quality of the units. Dave

I've had a Tritronics 2 dog Classic 70 for 2 yrs now. Haven't had one problem with it. A friend of mine (Little Dog) warned me to stay away from Innotek and to go with Tritronics. Glad I listened to him! I'm going up to 4 dogs this season and am going to sell my 2 dog set but am sticking with Tritronics. Chad - can you PM me a price on a 4 dog Classic 70?

Idid allot of research before I purchased My Collars and decided after all the reviews were in on the Dogtra 202NPGold So far I have not been disappointed A lot of the guys I run with have the Tritronics and love em But for the price and size some have actually switched to the Dogtra units! If you look close at the new tritronics collars you will notice that they are built about the same as the Dogtras. I also got mine From Chad Plunkett at Plunketts kennel Supply Give him a ring or an e-mail he will set ya up right! Great guy to deal with!!!

From Field to Show and Show to Field the way it should be
Just got a TriTronics Ultra 6 collar. Improvements that have been made are a better charger...can trickle charge them and leave them on charge all the time if you wish, two collars can be charged with one charger so you don't have every electrical outlet in the house with a charger /collar, the plug for the charge cord is greatly improved and much easier to plug in, the collar turns on with a touch of a button on each collar instead of fiddling around with the transmitter trying to get it on the right channel, improved the buckle on the collar so your dog doesn't leave it in the woods, and best of all, six collars on one transmitter. You can get a 2 inch antenna that will still reach a mile, pretty handy when you don't want that long antenna sticking you in the back. Pretty impressive.
