Small world I own a littermate to Skeeter. Pine Mt. Powder Burn. He is a handful to put it mildly. That dog doesnt know the meaning of quit.lol Cant wait for the temps to drop so I can get him ran in. Spirit is out of Cedar Swamp Ripper (Son of Spur) and Pine Mt. Ring (Tex x Dandy Run North Star). Spirit is a real bitch. She has thrown some really nice hounds. Ripper was such a hard going dog that they couldnt run him very many days in a row he would litterally cut himself up that bad. I wish the old man was still around.

Is Sandman still living?

Yes Sandman is still alive. A gentleman from barborsville owns him. I'm not sure the guys name, but i think it is Charles Roach. By the way,Sandman and my Liz bitch are littermates if i'm not badly mistaking.

I know where there is a 2 or 3 year old male for sale out of Cedar Swamp Ripper that you are talking about. Nice running dog and handles good. The guy hunted in places last year full of deer without any trouble. Very good looking tri-color and as clean a mouth on him as you could find anywhere. He priced him to me for $500 but I already had all hounds I could handle living in town. Call Greg Beck 859-625-1895 He's about 14 and maybe a half at the most and his mother's littermate finished in the Mid-West very dominately. Sock It To Me is the breeding on the bottom and Dingus way back.

No but I know she was straight out of Sock It To Me and Ripper is out of Spur.

I KNOW WHAT RIPPER WAS, SEEN HIM RUN A COUPLE OF TIMES. RUFUS STEWART HAD HIM FOR A WHILE, HE TOOK 2 DIFFERNT FEMALES TO OLD RIP, I'VE TWO DOGS OUT OF RIP.I LIKED THEM A LOT.THEY HAD BIG MOUTHS BUT NOT ALOT OF IT. WHEN YOU SAY HE IS HONEST WITH HIS MOUTH DO YOU MEAN HE IS TIGHT,MOST OF OF RIP WAS TIGHT. WAS RUFUS THE BREEDER ON THE MALE DOG, AND IS THE MOTHER SOCKET TO ME ON TOP OR BOTTOM
