Well me ol woman gave me the green light on ur novel , so i am in.I look forward to reading on the ledgends i have only heard about.Also thanks for making ol John o a honerable mention.He came to kentucky a few years ago and spent the winter with lewis long i was pretty much under his feet the whole time, Johns a straight up fella and deserves every award he has been given, ya know you boys up north sure seen lots of the great one we have not.I had to pause the video on Iron eagle man i loved that hound he died all too young. Jimmie, i hear ya on iorn eagle, one of my favorites as well. As far as John O, I dont think guys here realize how much he has contributed to this sport over the last 40yrs! I have alot of respect for him and his family...Great people, and a book himself on beagling know-how!

Any book bring together beagle history is a good one.
You got the wrong gender on May Patch, that's fld.ch.(Forest)Patch in the painting...
I remember Willet bred to Haig's Tramp, I think Dr. Haig was out of Canada.
