1 yr old bluetick female (SOLD!!!)

Girl is doing a fantastic job at just over a year old. She has a good nose on her, but doesn't open her mouth until she's sure she's got the track. She has medium foot speed, works a loose check and recovers a lot of them, runs an excellent line, and has the best mouth that we have ever heard on a beagle. She is in the brush from the second she is cut off the leash, and has an excellent level of hunt. She placed 6th in a Performance Pack event at 7 months old. She is a 12" tall hound. We have a pup we're about to start and another litter due in about a month, we need to clear one kennel. I'm wanting $400. AKC/UKC Registered.

Do you still have girl for sale? Where are you located?

Yes she is still for sale. We are located outside of Waynesboro in north-western Virginia.

Did you all keep any at all from that litter?

We had Boy, but Girl was progressing faster than him and we wanted to focus more on her so we let him go. And last I heard, Boy is doing a fantastic job for his new owners and leading their pack. We thought Girl was going to be faster than what she is, she just doesn't have quite enough foot for hunting beagle format, she would do amazing in performance pack or progressive pack though. We did keep one out of this years cross though, hopefully she'll have better foot.
