The hose trick but it only works if its easy accessible my buddy uses it in town. His kennel is outside the window aways from the house and he ran a short hose from the spicket to the window and put a valve on it then connected the long hose and put it to the kennel when there carrying on he opens the window hits the valve and they get sprayed....with any technique used you have to be consistent though or theyll figure out when you can do it. Im lucky one i live in the country and two my kennels are on the back side of the shed about 150 yards from the house.

i talk to the old man cross the street he done that in the past when he use to have beagles. he said it worked very well but one bad thing about it when ever it started to rain while he was hunting the dogs would run for the truck
seems like every hunt i make it to it rains. Lol

They sell a sprinkler system that is voice activated that will shut them up every time they start barking.

Red Ryder from the window or the back porch. Usually after once all you have to do is cock it.

Mike, will this make them gun shy? I had a Rottweiler that would run in his dog house every time he would see me with a gun and I found out that the little neighbor children had been shooting him with a BB gun when we were not at home.

There's this citronella collar you can get here pretty cheap

Haven't used one myself, but have a friend who swears by it. Apparently dogs just hate that smell.
