I always feed at night. If they're not getting run that night then I'll feed whenever I get home. If I'm going out to run then they all wait until we get back from the field to get fed. Have you ever tried to go for a jog on a full stomach??? Forget about whether or not being hungry makes you hunt harder.........being full makes me uncomfortable and have to unload some you know what. :D

Would you want to run a marthon after eating a plate of food?How you feel after eating a big lunch and going back to work,I dont know about you but I am ready to sleep.Cant be much different with a hound.good luck!!

I feed every day. Im usually on a day or night running schedule. during the Spring and Summer I run at night and feed around noon. During the Fall and Winter I run in the mornings and feed around 5 pm.

Eat a big meal then try bto play a full court basketball game. It doesn't work.
