a couple houndsmen and some hound humor thats what i like to see.
and the mad mothers line of Alum. polish works wonders .
i want a owens 3 holer. but man thats alot of money.
hmmmm, but the $$$ is less painful and cheeper than getting a back injury
from my 200 pound plywood box. the scales are tipping fellas....LOL
i hear you owlcreek. I had a wooden dog box too. Hard to move around and stuff. I bit the bullet and ordered me up a owens. it is light yes but still takes two people to unload off the truck. not that big of a deal when you got a buddy there to help. it got nasty looking after gun-season was over with from driving on gravel and after a rain. you'd be surprised how that stuff cakes on there and also the rain does a number itself on there. I'm gonna try that mothers alum polish stuff. for some reason i have a feeling that liquid polish and diamond plate tread arn't friends = gonna get stuck in the crevices around the tread pattern. I'll give it a try.
I just like keeping my crap nice. My truck too. gots to be clean and shiny

Try "Wicked" Aluminum Polish. I use this twice a year with the Mother's Powerball and the diamond plate still looks like new. The Mother's ball will turn black but cleans up with hot water and dish soap. After you remove the black residue and buff the diamond plate, there will be a waxy film left for added protection.
The wheel acid we use here at the dealership is good stuff. made for alluminum and allow wheels alike. Works wonders man. Spray on and spray off. has worked well on everything including my stainless fridge in the house
