I would call that red. But i've also heard guys call that chocolate. I had a female years ago that looked just like that. Folks call a beagle red when it is everything from orange to chocolate.

I have a little red female like that right now,And she is really red.and small one of the best dogs i have she can get under anything out there.

Are those feet white?? Can't tell for sure from the picture
She has at least two colors and looks like 3 (feet). Darker blanket, lighter tan sides and possible white feet. I would call her a chocolate and register her as a brown, tan and white if she has any white on her at all.
