Sons First Hare

Here is a pic of my son with his first hare. Those hare sure did humble him, up until now he has never missed anything except for some waterfowl. He was some happy his first hare with his first beagle 11 months old Branko's Perfect Storm. He is some proud of his dog and himself.

Thanks guys. My son has not stopped talking about that hunt all day long. He missed that rabbit about 25 mins before he finally got it and was pretty down. He has been hunting since he was seven and his big saying was one shot one kill, but hare hunting changed that in a hurry. I just love to see kids out there. We got another boy his first hare on Saturday and he was extremely happy. Those kids never forget that stuff. I can still remember when I went on my first hunt 30+ years ago, but can't remember yesterday somedays. LOL
