I have been feeding southern states brand food for about a year now with good luck. I had a few guys tell me they they had troubles with it in the past but the guy at southern states told me that they started using a different formula. They have several different protien/fat options to choose from. They will give discounts if buying in bulk.

John Hedrick in Flatwoods sells a few different kinds of Pride. We have been feeding the 26/20 for a while now with good results. The prices ain't bad either.

you might "try" Speedway Market. I know they carry dog food. Cant remember what kind or if they sell in bulk. I do know that they do have some kind of a buy 5 bags get one free deal. (something like that) And Im sure these are the obvious ones but tractor supply has a big variety of different feeds (again not sure about bulk) and southern states.

Thanks for the responses. I am going to try the Pride and see how it works out, have a dealer just up the road. I am guilty of getting
caught up in the ingredients B.S. Several folks are having the same issue as me. My dogs look poor on this high dollar food. They are parasite
free and in great health other than they lack of weight. We'll see how it works out.
