Pleasant they know who they are if your not associated with them keep your pie holes shut .These people are the trouble makers .

If you are interested in the format just try it. Give it a go with the attitude to have FUN and you will. Remember if your hound runs the way you feel it should, it has done its best, BE HAPPY. No one wins them all and there will be some good and some bad in all formats. UkC has the most interaction between dog and handler. This makes it fun and maybe a bit harder to judge at times. If you enjoy watching the dogs this is the format for you!!! You will see alot more of the chase in this format than in other formats and I enjoy that. If you have a good dog you will get your wins even if you are not judging. There will be casts that you will prevail just have FUN and hang in there. There are alot more good people than bad and if you run it a while you will have FUN a get to see your dog perform.

If you have a good dog, you will win your share of the hunts. Just make sure you have your dog ready and let it do the handling for you.

Time to shut this down. It has been up long enough for everyone's points to be made and I think this is bad for beagling.
My advice to all is if you don't like a certain format or club, then stay away. If a club is dishonest, it will not last long (not making any assumptions about any club).
Enjoy your hounds and realize a plastic trophy shouldn't be what it is all about.
It's about hound music, meeting new houndsmen and women.
It's about bettering the breed.
