Pic was taken when Striper wsa three month old and he is now seven months old and 14 inches tall and solid. He is going to be a dandy. Built like a tank with straight front legs. I like him.

Here's mine, with his first Hare. he ran a cottontail down at 8 months. But I was never able to get into position last year when I hunted him, tough when you are by youself. I'll try to post a better pic later.

TallPaul,
I got him from a guy in Illinois named Ed Pautler. Flatcreek breeding. He is a solid hound all around- I put him in 2 progressive pack trials and he won best male and best of show both times. Guess I should put him in another and try to finish him on the show end. I think he placed int the field at one of the trials but not the other. I put him in a AKC SPO trail and got a 2nd in field.
He is all rabbit dog and all business out there- works as hard as any hound I have seen. Oh and his disposition is great too.

LOL. Love the recliner pics of the old guys, Jim. I'll have to get Dan to take a look at that. They're all good-looking; I especially like Roxie. She reminds me of a Spotty Sam bitch I had one time by the name of Bubbles. Clem threw his looks into his pups (the ones I posted). Their mother is a redtick, not a black hair on her or a black dog behind her for generations.
