A few pics from wednsdays coyote hunt

Post by mobeagle »

Ran the first one four about 2 hours when a buddy clipped this one in the rear and slowed him down and the dogs caught him a couple minutes later and finished the deal. Had another run that went 18.6 miles according to the garmin picked the dogs up right at dark on him crossing a road and will try him again another day. First pic is my 5 year old son who 4 years ago recieved a heart transplant. If someone has a problem with me posting coyote pics here just speak up and I wont just thought I'd share for the ones who enjoy hounds and pics. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR! :moon:

Great pics. Awesome pic of your son! Makes me count my blessings to think of what you and your family and little boy went through.
He is obviously doing well. I hope it stays that way!!!

great pics and hopefully we will see pics of your little man with his first kill on here. We are just getting ready to start running the coyote dogs, now that the holidays are done and everyone can get into coyote mode. Great pics.

He'll pop out of bed like he's been shot out of a canon at daylight to go hunting!

Yes, I have a problem with the pics. Post more of them! What kind of breed are you using? We ran a coyote yesterday from 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening and never got a shot. This was with big dogs. I also ran a fox with my beagles for a few hours and never got a shot. At times, the beagles and coyote dogs were in the same swamp. Man that was FUN.

Mobeagle, the tri-color looks like a Croghan bloodline dog. Maybe that is why it's a fighter!!
