Now that you guys mention it; a guy named Larry Perry called me one day looking for some Ranger Dan & Shaker blood; I told him about a few dogs I had heard about including Shooter. I'm not normally a big talker, especially on the phone, but I bet we talked for an hour. I could tell he had been around the block a few times; he saw many of the old "greats" run or had dogs out of them at one time. I really enjoyed our conversation. I've made so many friends in beagling, I'd hate to start naming names, but I admire anyone who really takes beagling and breeding seriously. I hope I haven't made any enemies. Got my Christmas present today from a new beagler; don't even know his last name, but he bought a dog I had sold & wanted back ; he let me go halves with him on her & I get to run her for a while. I'll never regret getting into this sport.
