I got the call from Sam Wells today and I could hear the sorrow in his voice. Craig was a true beagler and will be sadly missed. His family will be in my prayers.

OMG that is terrible news. Just got in from running dogs. We hunted together at the AKC hunt 2 weeks ago and hunted together on 3 packs this weekend at the ARHA trial. He will be sadly missed. Sympathy and prayers for his family.

Im not good with words, but always talked with Craig at every hunt we were both at. I was on 3 casts with him this weekend, and it just is hard to believe that he has passed.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and his closest friends.
