you can read here.
some are serious and some are not.

seems to be genetic,in alot of cases,if you could contact other pups from the litter and ask owners if they had them checked for it ,it may help them if they are unknowing, and also you may want to tell the breeder

Has this been diagnosed by a Vet?
But, yeah, 5wks is not too young to find a murmur - congenital or genetic murmurs will be with the pup from birth. You can actually feel a moderate to severe murmur by placing your hand on the pup's chest. You'll be able to feel an abnormally strong (not rapid) beat. IF the murmur can be heard on both sides, it's likely from a hole in the heart, otherwise a mitrial valve prolapse (not sure how common that is in this breed) or pulmonic stenosis, which is an enlarged heart.
Most murmurs are not life threatening but they are a serious genetic problem in the breed & IMHO the pup should be culled from the breeding program and sold as a pet IF it turns out to be an actual murmur. Wait until he is at least 3-4 months before you make any definite decisions as some pups can have "innocent" murmurs, which sound different than a true murmur & the pup will, unlike the genetic type, grow out of it.
