Get a "Have a Heart" live rabbit trap or two and get wild rabbits for stocking a pen. Give them at least two days in the pen before letting dogs run them so they can learn the pen and its limitations, otherwise you'll be looking again to stock your pen. Another thing I learned is not to have too many rabbits in your pen due to too much scent crossing each other and your dogs will start backtracking and rerunning older tracks and show signs of being mouthy and picking up bad habits.

The others can help get a young dog started, but nothing replaces a wild rabbit.
