Compassion is not giving money to buy drugs and free health care to keep them alive so they live another day for another overdose. My wife is a nurse in the critical care unit of a local hospital. You would be surprised at the number of overdose parients that are recycled through over and over.

Pine mt my wife is a medical coder, there are regulations you have have to follow for charging medical procedures. I believe they are called HIPPA regulations.
