I wonder Jimbo if he really made it there and if he's really fishing. Maybe no one else showed up. Sounds like a trip to the huchee kuchee show to me. Either way Hatfield, congrats, brother.

Congrats, Hatfield, good job. I have a friend who has fished as an amateur in two BASS events and never made it past the first cut, so I have an idea how difficult it is. Here's the secret: Rub possum grease on your crankbaits and let your plastics soak in it. Works every time, but you have to put up with the occasional wayward carp!

The conditions were rough and tough.
He dealt with wind, rain,(and I mean bitty drownding rain)and lightning, and still came through.
I didn't have the same results.
Way to go Hatfield ! You already know I'm proud of you.

Congratulations Robert, and better luck next time Bart! You know, the lightning, wind, and rain are sure tough to fish in! But I usually have to put up with stumbling over all the aluminum cans rolling around the bottom of the boat to. I've found that if you stuff your Bass with all the pull tabs before you go back for weigh in, your odds of placing higher increase! :D

Congrats Hatfield! You need to take the dogs so they can swim for exercise while you are fishing. Hatfield For President!!!!!!!!!
