Hi guys I just got a 1.5 year old 13 inch male. he was started last summer but not run much since then question I have I ran him tonight and he ran decent but did'nt have much speed will he get faster over time with more confidence

he will speed up a lil as he learns to run the line

I am hoping he gets quicker he runs a nice line but slow
