WELLS WOODS wrote:Both would be fine choices, but Showtime is the same style as they are; just wondering why he's not your style; I bred to him after the first time I saw him run.

I may breed to Sport myself; I put a win on his dam, Tango, and she was a really nice hound.
I doubt he has watched any of three run. :chef:

Sport is a very nice hound and Roy is a good guy. I think the reason why not alot of people saw him run was because when he got on his roll, in the trials, he finished quickly and Roy didn't run him much after that.

I watched Sport run quite a bit while Roy was trialing him and handled him at one trial.

Here is what I saw from him-
- Tons of brains
- Had a very special quality about his demeanor...very calm and friendly
- Could stroke when he had the front...with control...it seemed as though he knew when to turn it up a notch at the end.
- Did not have to have the front...no cutting and slashing but would slot up and wait for the front runners to bobble it.
- Consistent...same everytime out
- Built well

I would say almost the same thing about Showtime as well....a few differences, but mainly the same...depends if you want Primetime or Bluebarry blood if those two were your front runners.

I have never seen Bandit run so I couldn't tell ya a thing about him.
