Ok this has been one long night but My Chief dog and Doc dog have made it thru the night and still on IV's but still hanging in there. . . .

Off to MU in about a hour for the tests to begin I feel like I have been

So sorry. Something like this is heartbreaking. Is it possible that somebody poisoned them? Glad to hear the 2 are hanging in.

Update !

My Doc and Chief dog looks like they will pull thru just fine they are up and walking around the kennel . . . .

Im just glad my Vet taught me how to start and give my dogs a IV or they would have been gone as well. There is nothing like a quality Vet that will teach some of us how to do things ourself and not charge the hell out of us.

Man, this really sucks. I know that I would be really upset myself if something like that happened to me, please let us know what the outcome is of the autopsies. If in fact it is the feed, the mfg should make things right and if not, then you have options to go to the paper or tv news, for sure a call to the BBB and the beaglers boycott.

Another update !

Doc and Chief both are just fine they bolted out of the kennel door like always when it is feeding time and ran around the yard

The puppy on the other hand is a little slugish still but hanging in there and he just may pull thru. . . .

The preliminary report from MU is just what we thought before they got there nothing wrong with them as far as Parvo or any type of Parasites. So they are breaking down the feed next. Plus doing a Biopsy this will take a couple of days

I thought from your first post your entire kennel was killed. How many did you actually lose?

Thats a bad deal.... Sounds to me like they were poisoned because of how quick it all happened. Hard to imagine food being that toxic. By any chance did you notify the store where you bought the food so they can pull it off the shelves until your bag can be tested. Im certain they would want to know along with any other unsuspecting buyer. They could likely notify the company to make some checks. Perhaps the vet could check with other vets and see if anything similar is coming into the clinics around town. I would be doing some detective work myself to strengthen my case if it ends up being the dog food. If your the only victim the dog food company is likely to claim foul play somewhere. If you have more cases any foul play would had to have come from the store or the distributor.......
