RIP LPGRC Perkins' Run N Gun Buzz Saw

Sorry for your loss Lynn. Buzz was one of the nicest rabbit dogs I have seen in trials he could out jump just about anything and run a rabbit like he was tied to it. Wish I could have got to see him run more. Rest in Peace Buzz.

Rip Buzz, Like Earl said. Ole Buzz could sure Jump them. He jumped me and Earl to death 1 hot day at the 1st ever Juvy Diabetes hunt.

boy lynn I sure hate to hear this ... but on a good note I have seen some young guns out of buzz that will keep his name alive for years to come .

You're right Mike. I was watching that cast at the juvenile hunt. He had what, 3 or 4 jumps. First time I ever watched buzz run, and needless to say it was impressive.

I was trying to put it in words, rabbit sense. Some hounds go and search everywhere, some go in some places, some won't go in rabbit cover at all. Buzz had rabbit sense. He just knew where to look. If you own one hound with that kind of rabbit sense in a lifetime, you are lucky. Buzz could jump a rabbit on a sandbar.

Dang words cant describe it. I hate to hear the Ole Man has gone. By far one of my All Time Favorite Hounds. I am so glad I got to gun hunt with him several years back. He was a Rabbit Dog and a Gun Hunter Supreme. All business in the field and just a great disposition. Sorry Lynn for your loss.

Sorry to hear about Buzz. I only got to see him once, last year at the Va state. His legacy will live on and the memories you and others share of him will teer up your eyes and light up faces for years to come. Hard to loose a life long hunting partner.
