Buy and run the type of dogs you enjoy, The type of dog I run may not be to your liking. You are going to have to feed them, and run them, so they only need to please you.
If you're unsure of what to get, hook up with different beaglers in your area, or whereever and run with them a day or two. Then you will see first hand what you'll enjoy.

Theres nearly every type of dog and line on this board, and many other boards

Good Luck

You have to figure out what traits you after first. Do you want a good med speed dog that has good line control or do you want fast swinging dogs that flat out put the pressure on the bunny? If your after a good med speed hound start looking around for Otis breed dogs in your neck of the woods. Larry Perry has some really nice double dingus dogs in WV, from there you can start speeding things up with Turbo, patch, and Branko dogs.
