I have also used Mary Ann and a good friend of mine has used Mary Ann on numerous occasions. She is trustworthy and reliable. I even offered for her to stay at my house to get some sleep before her day began the next morning. Mary Ann, where does the guy who got ripped off live? I might have a buddy who would donate a pup to them if they are not far.

I agree turn them crooks in, if you don't they will just keep taking advantage of others and if you turn them you can make a example out of them for other crooks. It's too bad that some people are so dishonest that they ruin it for all the honest ones, after people get burnt like that they don't know who to trust and there are allot of good honest breeders out there.

He is still at it, a man in NC called me tonight, his dad and a friend went there this weekend to see dogs and there weren't any and some guy said James wasn't there and they think it was him. At least they didn't mail him any money. They said he is advertising on beagles 4 sale or something like that, I am not sure of the site

Yeah I've seen his ads on there. He's already got one guy on there off. Quite frankly it's people like him that force me to shop close to home. (well that and my old 82 Chevy S-10 lol) When it comes right down to it I insist on seeing the dogs before any money is passed, preferably with both parents onsite, and if all possible like to watch the parents run. If ya do any less you're just asking to get taken. But in the end a crime is a crime and what this "gentleman" is doing fits the description of a crime.

Well he isn't working at 84 Lumber cause my driver stopped there the other day and she was going to try and get the money he cheated her out of. They said he went to a concrete company, couple other jobs then last they heard he was cutting timber

Get all the contact info. you have on this individual, the contact info. on the people you know he took money from but didn't deliver dogs to and get it to the U.S. Postal Inspectors.
