4.10--- 5.25. I live in Ga. I know one congressman personaly, and spoke to another ones rep.I asked them what are you going to do about gas prices??? We can`t do any thing, I said NO you won`t do any thing becau e when you drag your fingers across a piece of paper you leave oil slicks. theydidn`t want to hear any more of that.This country is sellin us out to ferners. Just my opinion. I seem to get myself in hot water with them . Oh well.

Speculators playing the gas market. They've left the oil market and oil has dropped to below $100 barrel, now gas reserves are low. The money is made off speculators, news and the panic it creates. The media loves this crap, look at the money their making, along with the millions in campaigning adds from the candidates.
I'm buying stock in the TV stations, I pay for what used to be free TV and still have to listen to all the advertisements. Double dip cone for me too please...

ps..Oh, I bought gas this morning for $3.70 with coupon, been afraid to go out today to see what has happened...

It is illegal profiteering through legal means. That''s what all these bubbles and bank failures are about. It is a lesson that gets relearnt about every 20 years but the pro's never forget, and worse, the Government lets them get away with it. "Ethics" and "Economics" don't mix, Co's and Gov's pursue their own self-interest carelessly, and no one is willing to take responsibility for anything, and worse, the gov. (for the people, is no longer a Gov. of the people, but a band of self imposed capitalist that hold the country captive by it's own system(see two party system) won't hold accountable, any of those responsible.
Do you find it odd, the CEO's of Fannie May & Freddie Mack were allowed to leave with their "golden umbrella" before the Gov. stepped in and the seize the Co... ...Now doing so, the Gov. has saved China's(heavy investors in mortgage funds) economy, so now we can pay back the interest on our "stimulus package"

Gas prices are outrageous. I have to drive a good 20-30 minutes to get into good runnin, thank goodness I dont have to drive but 14 miles round trip to work and back. That helps a little.
