HEAT X , ever heard of it?

i get nite lite catolog and they have a product called heat x , says it nullifies the mating odor of female dogs in heat , was wondering if anyone has ever tried it and if it works , never heard of such a thing , was curious

don,t work male will just lick it off then breed your female about the same as using vics.

When a female is flagging and standing, I would not risk it! If she is just coming in or going out (no discharge) and is attracting males, I know several folks who will spray her rear with strong smelling insect spray. Not sure what the long term effects for the dog are but it sure discourages even the fiestiest males! I am sure the Heat-X works about the same.

thanks chuck , think im just going to have her fixed, dont want any puppies and she should come in around nov.(start of rabbit season ) she is such a great match for my male , they compliment each other very well , dont want to have her put up at that time of year
