Not me. Unfortunately dove hunting isn't allowed in Iowa where so much corn exists. If anyone knows why not please let me know because it's a mystery to me.

Thanks,
Dan

You mean to tell me you guys are NOT allowed to dove hunt in Iowa????????????? That should be one of the most productive dove places in the US. Sorry for your luck. I'll shot a few for you here in Ohio on Monday. LOL!

I'll be out there with several other buddies.

pgmrdan...... I would say the same reason Michigan didn't have a season for so long. Just my guess though.
Might want to ask UNCLE TED NUGGENT. He was a big help in getting it back in Michigan.

me and the boy's will be out there. We been buying ammo for the last month, so we got enough shells to fight a war.hahaha.................................
We tried to buy some ammo in Alabama the other day but they said they didn't have any shells in the state, cause the herd that the Russian's had invaded GA and the be dang if they were gonna invade Alabama.
Just herd that one the other day so i had to throw it in here. No offense Alabama folks.
Maybe we will limit out we usually do.

My son, two friends, and myself just got back from goose hunting. We were lucky enough to get 12. Now heading to the dove field for an afternoon shoot. We'll probably have a sore shoulder before dark.

Good Luck to all whoses hunting today.

Yep, we were driving around on the gravel roads near our house this weekend and there are doves everywhere. Word has probably gotten around among the doves and they head to Iowa to avoid being shot.

I don't get it! :???:
