I own Rebel and Penny along with a bunch more dogs with CHB Hank's Jo Jo Blue blood. I raised Blazer and Chipper. Some of my pedigrees are on the website. Many of my dogs aren't. Penny's pedigree is the same as KI Pepper. They were full sisters. KI Pepper died in the Spring. I have dogs with over 30% to over 40% true CHB Hank's Jo Jo Blue blood backed by pedigrees and dna profiles. People advertise having that bloodline to help sell puppies. There are some puppies advertised now as having that bloodline and they don't even have a pedigree for the sire and dam. I asked for the pedigree. They don't even know what their bloodline is yet they are using the name anyway. It's the same in lots of bloodlines. A good example is people go so far as calling any dark red and white dog a "Warfield Red" not knowing that "Warfield Red" was the name of a dog. Some people refer to any lemon and white dog as a "Patch Hound". If a person is purchasing a puppy or dog based on bloodline they should ask for a pedigree, otherwise you don't know what you are getting. Some people don't understand pedigrees. Others understand that using a name will help sell puppies and dogs. I feed 40-50 dogs to try to keep these bloodlines going with enough CHB Hank's Jo Jo Blue and FC BluRock Hobo blood that it might make a diference. Those two dogs were grandsons of FC Yellow Pine Lucimbo by FC Wind Creek Limbo so they were cousins.
"Breeding dogs ain't like mixing paint". The only way to know for sure what a breeding will produce is to do it. http://www.tickledbluebeagles.com
