Outlaw is a front running hound that is a little rough but does most of his work off the front end. He is owned by Dean Stowell, formerly owned by Buck Farber and was bred by Craig Kemler. He likes a win to finish in Canada, but I think he's around 10 now, so I doubt he'll be going to get it.
