John, I'm not sure if I've seen Snow Plow run or not, but coming from George Steeves' kennel I can almost guarantee that the hound will be fast, tough and have plenty of ability. George never sells females, but occasionally sells a male. If George owns the dog, it WILL be a good hound, if he sold it as a pup, he may or may not have kept it. Best bet is to call him. George is completely (almost brutally) honest.
