complete whelping kennel

I heard of guy in Ohio that make a whelping kennel out aluminum frame and plastic coated fence. Am interested in purchasing one but cant find a contact number for him. I heard he advertises in the American beagler magazine. Anyone that could provide a contact for him would be greatly appreciated. dvondo@yahoo.com or 989-743-4327
