Wouldn't own another atv.Just wish you could get a plate for the road.I would drive it everywhere..it actually rides and drives very smooth. I heard that in some states they are road legal..dunno which ones.

Brad, I have a V6 Tacoma 4.0L 4x4. It just gets about 18 miles to a gallon. They have plenty of power but not real good gas mileage. When I bought mine the guy said the new 4 cylinders don't get much better because they are bigger now. He said it is harder on the motor because of the increase in size of the Tacomas. I had an 02 Tacoma 4 cylinder that got about 23 to 24 miles per gallon. We have a 90 model Toyota 4 cylinder with the 22RE motor that we hunt in and it does real good on gas. The newer Toyota trucks are not as good on gas as they used to be.

I have seen them and thought about getting one, but I would only be able to justify it if I could put it on the road. I my do some research to see if they are road legal in WV. Nice ride!

I have a 2004 Toyota TundraQuad Cab. Great Truck but aint worth a hoot on Gas Mileage and it takes $70 plus to fill it up. I picked this over a Ford F 250 Diesel when I bought it and with Diesel over $4 per gallon I thought I did right but saw the stations putting the new prices up tonight $ 3.49 reg.. Might think about getting a little 4 banger to run dogs with and use the Tundra for Hunting when I am carrying 3 or 4 hunters with me.

Hey guys, does anyone here have a Honda Element that they hunt or trial out of? I have test driven them and they ride well, have a washdown interior, and are supposed to get around 28 mpg. I would like to find one with about 50k on it pretty cheap, my F150 is killing me.

Hey Brad I seen those mini trucks all over India when I was there earlier this year, and wondered why I didn't see them around here. Well Brad your a trendsetter again, i really like those little trucks! They would suit me fine for what I would use a ATV for. How long have you had yours?

If I want to fill up my Dodge Ram with diesel the pump shuts off at $75, and then I have to restart it and pump another $30-35 dollars in it. Then the automatic pump asks me if I would like a $7 dollar car wash? Thats just SPECIAL, that they care if my truck is dirty!
Brad if you find a good 4x4 that gets 30+MPG I would like to get one to. I can't see getting a smaller truck for 1-2 mpg though.
Does anybody have the new Chevy Hybrid, or heard anything good about them??????

I am looking into getting a newwer model Ford Escape hybrid..and pulling a small dog trialer behind it..they get 34 mpg in the city and 4wd.they actually get lower about 30 hwy because of the hybrid but i'll take 30 mpg and 4x4 all day long..they don't look too bad either..i have seen a guy here that drives his truck like mine around town..although his is white. He drives around Mt.Sterling..i asked him if anyone says anything to him about it..he said nope..just put this triangle on the back..I wave and go on...look for me to drive mine to a local trial soon :vamp:

moore beagles..hey man give me a call sometime..have any luck in the turkey woods this spring?

Hang on, let me take a deep breath here.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Ok, I'm better.

If you want more truck with the best mileage.........hang on, another deep breath................................

Buy Chevy. LOL :bomb: :bash: :ashamed:

I've owned 3 Tacoma's (one 4cyl 5speed and two Double Cab 4x4's) and I've never gotten 21mpg but one time in all three combined. My '04 got 20.5mpg the other day, combination town and hwy.

From what I've seen and heard, the newer Chevy's get pretty darn good gas mileage. Ford's and Dodge's suck, although a friend put a chip on his F250 and gets around 21 now but no telling what that chip cost him. Course, $4.00 for diesal ain't helping his cause either.

Ok, another deep breath. :moon:

Better now.
