IOWA Hunters Question

I have a question for you IOWA residents... Can you run dogs on WMA land during the off season?
I'm looking to move there and that is one of my BIG questions...

Jason, where in Iowa are you going? If I remember right, most public ground is closed for running. I,m not for sure though.
