Patch Hounds tag team for two

Post by reddog1 »

This morning my hound Rusty on the right and Tim's hound Ruger on the left teamed up for the first coyote and then Ozzy and Elvis teamed up for the second one. All before 11:00am

I've heard and read quite a bit about people using hounds, curs, etc. on coyotes - just never beagles.
Reddog should write and article and send it into Full Cry magazine or Fur, Fish, and Game.

tthem there some big patch hounds, i had one in the 90's who hated yotes. if there was one in the are he wold make sure to chase him off . he was in a couple of fights with yotes and didnt die, he passed on with age. and he was bread close to those lemon in whites in the picture above.

A big yote here is 50lbs, the biggest yote I've ever killed was 52lbs.and that was several years ago. Yes we do feed our hounds well, but they don't get fat they just get hard.
