I came home long enough to eat then headed back to work. I work for a school, they have a board meeting tonight and a home basketball game, can't have anyone stepping in snow, have to keep plowing. I'll be up at about 3am and start all over for tomorrow. My point is, no time to run today. I'm looking forward to this weekend and the UKC trial in Laingsburg, Mi., were you planning on making it Matt? Eugene was telling me he heard at his meeting at the Sportsman's club,there was going to be a huge group of hunters with bows and about 50 beagles hunting in Sleepy Hollow, I'm glad they aren't using shotguns, there wouldn't be any rabbits left. I guess we won't be guiding there if that's true. I think the fresh snow will be a lot better than the hard crust we had, we'll see. Hope to see everyone there, also remember it is the shot clinic as well, I can get 7 rabies shots administered by a licensed vet for $70, you can't beat it. Brian.

Ran a small tree field surrounded by blueberrys this morning.had 2 come out right away and went straight to the migrant housing.Lot`s of holes. Had another one make a small loop through the berries and headed towards an old barn not much of a run.plenty of tracks just too many holes and not enough cover in this spot.will try a thicker area in the morning.how many dogs are you guys running in this snow?

Yeah Brian me and my dad will be there sat not going to let the snow stop me. Dogs havent ran in a week and a half and I have to work the rest of the week and we are getting more snow tonight Been trying to get my dad to take the dogs out but he said it needs to warm up first

ran a large christmas tree field today.had one run that lasted about 10 min.went almost out of hearing and back just couldn`t get a good shot,pretty decent run considering all the snow.seen more fox tracks than rabbit.hit another spot on the way back ,and got the truck stuck. luckly I brought a shovel.never did hunt that spot.Will be out again in the morning.WOW! there is alot of snow out there.
