Sounds interesting.
I think the cuts would have to be left up to the clubs ... cause some have a lot of overhead (rent, insurance ect)

Paid ... non hunting judges I think need to be on the payroll ... perhaps retiries with a little time on thier hands who could travel hunt to hunt. Any protest could be handled by this traveling group of beagle gypsies and when it is done it is done. Make sure 5 board member's or what ever can attend every hunt .. and not hunt them the day they are on the board.


I think to many of these hunts would be a bad thing ... so hold hunts at a pre-scheduled time and limit the number of hunts a club can have, that way more people get to hit a few ... and will not have the problem of over scheduling.

With that said I am interested ,,,, but I like UKC and ARHA hunts .. and I plan to keep attending and hosting them here as well....

everyone has what they like .. in dogs,... formats .. clubs and all .. so always looking for something new.

I'd personally prefer a trophy over the money anytime
and I probably have less $$$ than most . JMO
A new format however is great if that's what you want
to do ... The more the merrier IMO .

if u could get the formats to agree to hold this kind of thing on big hunts but i think it would cause a big problem if held alot but anything can work if the program is set up right

One problem u would have a problem with if this became a solo program is for the first couple years ur going to have grands running against opens and everything so they SHOULD be able to get rich

Well a 50 dollar membership looks like what it is going to be, with the response I have had. I had over 130 some pm wanting to join, I will be getting all the paper work finalized over the weekend to get the new registry going, all I need help with now is the point system for HOTY , guys be thinking how we could do that where it would be fair for everyone.
