May be way off here, but I have one that will do that if she smells off game.
Also would take a stool sample to the vet before worming again.
Good luck.

I will give her another dose of safeguard this week to get any eggs that may have hatched. I am stumped. She is showing no signs of heat but one of my other females is, and it's not bothering her in the least. Can a brush bustin, ton of hunt dog just loose her desire to hunt? I am really stumped on this one. I hate to get rid of her but I can't feed a dog that is not going to hunt. I am going to hunt her again next weekend and if there is still no improvement she will be looking for another home soon.

I'd take her to a vet before I got rid of her. If she gets a clean health check I'd say she has either blown up or one of the dogs she is running with jumped her like the previous poster wrote. Try solo running her and see what happens. If she runs normal, start packing her with another young female then go from there.
btw, my bitch Belle is bloody all the time - sides, tail, etc. and she will go all day and tomorrow.
