Dogs with sore toes

Is anyone having problems with beagles having sore toes? It seems to be where the hair meets the toe. I have had this problem off and on and it is hard to cure. I have used Happy Jack Pad Kote for years but doesn't seem to work any more. If you have this problem and have found a cure please let me know. Thanks.

It sounds like fungus to me if it is it will keep comeing back i hope its somthing else You might art to take them to the VET and get them checked out.
