puppy shots, 7 or 5 in one

What is the reaction the pups have to a 7 way? I may have just messed up. I have a pup that is 9 weeks old. I went to buy the 5 in 1 but all they had was the 7 in 1 so I figured no big deal. I gave her a 7 in 1 at 6 weeks and then again at 8 weeks. She has started loosing hair and has bumps on her stomach and head. I thought she was maybe having a bout with mange or mites of some sort so therefore I gave her a dose of ivomec and bathed her reall well twice. She looks pitiful and I figured if she doesn't come around soon I will get her into the vet. Now after reading this I am wondering if she is having a reaction to the (2) 7 in 1 shots. So I am wondering if you guys know what the reaction they had? Thanks

I just called my local vet and asked how much it would be to bring in our 6 pups for their first vaccination. With the office call, it's $104.00, and the first shot does not contain Coronavirus or Leptos. I can go buy the exact same shots (Ft.Dodge Duramune Max 5) at PBS Animal Health for $78.39 for a tray of 25. Syringes are an additional $10.50 for 12. I can vaccinate the pups twice with these shots, and save almost $120.00 and still have 13 shots left! Those, I can share with friends that have young pups. Then, I'll do the following vaccinations with 7-ways. I also don't like the thought of taking unvaccinated puppies into a vets office where sick dogs come in all day! I'd much rather do it here at home.
