guy has a litter and only vaccinated 1 time at 5 weeks old. pups are 8 months old now.
should they be vaccinated once now or continue pup shots ??
5 way or 7 way ?

Dave,I'd vaccinate them once now, and then once again in three weeks with the same shot. I know some people prefer shots without the lepto. There was a pretty good discussion about this a little while back. I'll find it and bring it back to the top. Windkist (Leah) has been really helpful to my Wife and I about a few different things, and I trust her opinion whole heartedly! We have a litter of pups here that will be six weeks old in two days, and I was on my way up to buy a tray of shots and looked for the link I saw on this site. I'm now going to get the 5-ways instead of the seven ways, and there's also a $48.00 difference between the 5-ways and the 7-ways per tray! 
If I did think I needed the 7-ways, I'd be more than happy to pay the added exspense, but since I don't think I need them at this point in time, I get to save the money! Now ya just gotta like that!
