I bred this hound, I still have the sire, the bitch was killed in an illegal conabear trap when they were 4 months old, I still have a littermate brother that is the hardest running hound I have ever had, he is a little ruff until he settles down, I believe because of the tremendous hunt they have. Altho I have not seen Rupe run as he left here as a pup I believe he would make a good little pack dog in ARHA or large pack in akc. I wish I had the time for him I would buy him back myself. I dont know the guy personally either but I got a hound from Danell and it was everything he said it was. If I needed the hound I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to buy it.

thanx fields....btw, how has willie been doin....and earl, i think u bred em right...hate to hear that about ur bitch tho...i thought he was just gonna be medium speed when i first got him, but in the past couple of days since the temps have dropped, he has turned it up...he has also showed more check power in his close check area...he is very focused on one thing when he comes off the lead....

How does he use his mouth? Is he mouthy at all, does he me too? Does he bark on cold trail?

no, he is not mouthy or cold trail....iv noticed that a few of my dogs have started followin him....like i said he is very focused and he is his own dog...my only fault is his speed and im startin to second guess that...
