any bought the new garmin tracker??

I haven't gotten the small antenna yet to test it out. the price is kind of steep for the mini-antena.

they sell the regular antena in 2 packs. It is more expensive for one mini antenna than it is for 2 of the regular. I've reshaped my regular antenas in an L shape, after they where both tore up, and heat shrank them. I'm also playing with some alternative antena ideas to try and find something that works better in heavy weeds and briars.

As it stands I got about 1 mile without the trunk antenna and 2.5 miles with it. I only tested one of my 2 collars and really should test them both incase there is a problem with the one I tested. I am still familiarizing myself with the system. but so far I like it I just have to come up with a better antenna solution and the one that garmin has might not be a good enough solution.

I will probably order the minis in the next 2 weeks and i will post after i play with them.

so u had to order the trunk moujnt extra?ffrom what i seenn it didnt appear the harnes came with it either ,,,what all does come with it and where did u get urs and what was the total price if u dont mind u can pm me if u want.
