How DO U Make A Avatair?

I have tried it before but never works..the photo I have now is from my old cell phone.

Can someone explain it or do one for me?

Just upload your picture,click resize and click on the size you want.

You need to resize it to 80 or 100 pixels and it has to be smaller than 1K if I remember right.... If you want to e-mail me that picture, I will get it to the right size for you and then e-mail it back to you. Then you can upload it to the avatar in your profile settings by following the instructions.

I think it has to be smaller then 4 kbs.

I had to resize it and change it to only 18 colors to get it to work! Me and my sweet lil beagle girl.
