Prego female temp at 99.7

I am wondering.......I have always heard that a pregnant female that drops below 100 degrees will go within 24 hrs. I have never before taken their temp but I was debating on taking a trip to Carlisle,Ky. tomorrow to watch a trial so I took her temp and it is at 99.7. She is due the 22nd and this is her 2nd litter. I figure I better stay home in case she runs into problems. I am wondering though is this pretty accurate? Thanks

I've had bitches go up and down for 3 days but, when it get to 98 degs, puppies are coming... ;)
