We live in a log home on 66 acres in the hills of Tennessee. We are about a mile from Tennessee River/Kentucky Lake. We can hear the boats on the lake. We have two boats but not enough time to fish. I have a 12 acre running pen and wish I had fenced more. I keep around 50 dogs in order to keep the old CHB Hank's Jo Jo Blue and FC BluRock Hobo bloodlines going. I also keep some other lines. I am keeping a whole litter of pups sired by Reggie and out of my bluetick daughter of Branko' Jackpot. I always like to have more than enough of everything including dogs. I have had dogs and lived in the country most of my 63 years.

We have 2 acres, 6 neighbors, big field right out the door, town is about 5-6 miles, So I guess its sorta country.

I like it up in the Mtns. though where there is no one around for a couple miles.

Born, raised and still live in the country. Run dogs right out the back door. Thousands of acres to hunt. I feel pretty fortunate to live where I do. The river is only 1/4 mile through the woods.

Live in the country, would rather stay in the country but where I live it is a mega pain in my arse. No place to run but public coal mine ground and it is a 30 minute drive. One reason I got out of hounds 3 yrs ago and went to bite dogs was the lack of running room, and price of gas. Thank your good ole BOJ and Federal reserve for all the inflation that has driven hard assests like land up, up up.
