Yes Will, had he kept his word then I would have considered him being honest and made good to me on the sale. Then I would have had no problem. I would have kindly thanked him for being a good man BUT that's not happened. He spent my money and moved on, and wants this all to go away.
Well that's just not fair...... I am not going away.
If I'm not getting my money back then I'm darn well going to get my $300 worth of telling everyone not to deal with someone like that.

Tim H.. I did notify the US Mail of the fraud today, they will process my complaint. Thank you once again for that valuable information. I do have all correspondance between us to verify I paid and that the payment was accepted also, and PMs that says his wife sent it... etc. From last April onward. Hopefully they can assist.

Jane, thank you for taking the time and energy to follow through on this. People who do this, often count on no one wanting to take the time and effort to hold them accountable. What you're doing is a service to the beagle community, you are saving some other beaglers a lot of money. I hope you at least get some justice and all of your money back.

Geese we're not millionaires. It's tough enough to afford the extras for our hounds.
You realize I could have fed my hounds for almost a year on decent food for that money......
